TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All entries must be received by midnight on the 15th August 2009. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days.
2. Prize consists of one seat on a TrekAmerica 7 day Western Wonder camping tour (land only) departing before 31st October 2009. Tour date must be chosen from our normal scheduled departures subject to availability and all tour conditions apply.
3. Holiday prize does not include international flights, travel insurance, any additional hotel nights before, after or during the tour, food kitty contribution, beverages, sleeping bag and spending money. Please note that suitable travel insurance coverage is compulsory.
4. Entry to the prize draw is via the above form. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. All normal tour conditions apply. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Prize draw is open to members aged 18 or over but excludes employees of TrekAmerica Travel and their immediate families, agents or anyone connected with this prize draw.
7. The winner must be over 18 years of age and hold all necessary visas for entry to the destination countries.
8. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
9. Acceptance of rules is a condition of entry.
10. Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entry is free.
