You don't get much more Wild West than Tombstone, ‘the town too tough to die’. Unlike some towns that are recreated to look Western, the buildings in Tombstone are the originals and the locals are proud to preserve their heritage. The merchants run their stores in their Western wear, and actors playing the parts of famous locals stroll around Allen Street between shows. Saloons like Big Nose Kate's and Doc Holliday's have barmaids dressed as Western saloon girls that call out at passers-by. On the outskirts of town, the Boothill Cemetery is where people can visit the gravesites of those that died here. Don't miss the re-enactment of the O.K. Corral showdown and a chance to get dressed up in authentic Western clothing. This is the perfect opportunity to snap a Wild West selfie with your fellow cowboys and cowgirls!
