Terms and conditions
1). Promotion is open to anyone 18 years old and over, excluding employees of TrekAmerica Travel and their immediate families.
2). No Purchase Necessary. To enter simply complete and submit the web entry form. Closing date is 23:59 (GMT) on 31/08/2012
3). Only one entry per person will be accepted. The winner will be selected in a random draw of all eligible entrants, on 03/09/2012.
4). The winner will be notified using the contact details provided from your Facebook profile within 7 days from the draw date and must respond to such notification within a further 14 days, otherwise the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner for that prize.
5). The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoter.
6). THE PRIZE: Two seats on TrekAmerica's 21 day Southern Sun tour, international flights from London, all camping equipment and campground fees, all national park entry fees (as listed in itinerary), a limousine tour in Las Vegas, transportation by adventure vehicle and services of TrekAmerica's professional tour leader. It is the winner's responsibility to find transport to London to connect with the international flight as appropriate.
7). Holiday prize does not include travel insurance, travel to London, airport transfers, any additional pre or post tour hotel nights, food kitty contribution, beverages, sleeping bag and spending money. Please note that suitable travel insurance coverage is compulsory.
8). The winner will be required to either take out appropriate travel insurance via TrekAmerica or have another adequate policy in place at time of travel and will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport with minimum six month validity beyond the return date, and that they are eligible and obtain a U.S. Immigration visa in good time for travel.
9). Bookings are subject to normal tour conditions and cannot be altered once booked. The prize must be taken before October 31, 2013 - subject to availability.
10). No cash alternative is available.
11). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12). Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.
13). Winners name will be available at www.trekamerica.com/oe.html after the draw date.
