Trek Notes

The tour will pick-up from the Chelsea Hostel (address below) in New York at 7:30am followed by our gateway hotel in New Jersey, The Holiday Inn Secaucus, at 8:30am.

You must specify at the time of booking if you want to be picked up at the Chelsea hostel otherwise it will be presumed you will meet the group at The Holiday Inn, Secaucus.

Flexible Itinerary

Our routes have been carefully chosen to include the best night stops and highlights. However, as local conditions and passenger requests vary, no two trips will ever be the same. With the guidance of your Trek Leader you may modify certain nightstops and highlights to give a truly unique experience!

• Day: 1 New York & Finger Lakes

  Stop along the beautiful Delaware Water Gap on the famous Appalachian Trail before a picnic lunch in the Pocono Mountains and setting up camp on the shore of the Finger Lakes. Hike to nearby waterfalls for a refreshing swim or sample a local vintage at one of the regions many wineries.
  Accommodation: Camping included | Meals: Lunch & dinner included

• Day: 2 Finger Lakes & Niagara Falls

  Next stop, the one-and-only Niagara Falls! Get up close and personal (and very wet!) on an included Maid of the Mist boat cruise to the thundering base of the falls, then cross over the Rainbow Bridge into Canada for an illuminated night-time view.
  Accommodation: Camping included | Meals: Breakfast & lunch included

• Day: 3 Niagara Falls & New York

  On our return south to the City, we stop for lunch in the All-American college town of Syracuse and a 2-hour shopping spree at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlet Mall with its 228 department store, shops, bars and restaurants! What better way to round off your New York/ Niagara Falls experience?
  Meals: Breakfast included.
  
  Tour will drop off at our gateway hotel in New Jersey at approx 6pm and will end at a centrally located New York hostel at approx 7pm.
