The following itinerary is applicable for all 2015 departures. For the 2014 itinerary, please scroll down.

  • Day 1-2: New York Area & Boston (2015)

Head to Boston for a slice of history starting with a walk along the Freedom Trail and stop at some of America's historical hotspots. But Boston is not all about the history, we've laid on a trip to Harvard University to see the brains of America hard at work. A trip to Boston wouldn't be complete without a trip to the famous 'Cheers' bar for a cheeky beverage after a great first day in the states.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 3-4: Stowe (2015)

If 'Chunky Monkey' and the 'Vermonster' mean something to you, then you're going to love Stowe as we enjoy an included tour of the one and only Ben & Jerry's ice-cream factory. During the winter, this 'Ski Capital of the East' puts on an incredible winter spread, but remains a highlight during summer months with hiking, biking and swimming, this really is an adventure lover's playground.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 5-6: Montreal (2015)

Expect a little European flair, as Montreal is the second largest French speaking city in the world (only beaten by Paris). Museums, galleries, eateries and clubs mix a cocktail of the best bits from both continents and we promise you you're definitely in for a good time here. Don't miss out on the "Underground City" including 30km devoted to all things retail, or an adventurous jet-boat ride on the river. Ever eaten your dinner in complete darkness? Well, now you can with a visit to O'Noir, a restaurant where you eat in the pitch black - make sure you don't wear your best clothes, it's sure to get messy.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 7: Toronto (2015)

Toronto is where all the trendy people are at, with high-fashion stores and cosy cafes on College and Queen Streets, there is no shortage of cool places to hang out. View the city from above with a trip to the top of the CN Tower and gaze across the beautiful Lake Ontario. Toronto is the city that everyone wants to be seen in and you'll find an eclectic mix of cultures here, you may even spot a celeb or two as they can't get enough of this awesome city either.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 8: Niagara Falls & Finger Lakes (2015)

Travel cross Rainbow Bridge back into America and you'll be greeted with one truly epic sight, Niagara Falls. Made up of three waterfalls this mighty natural wonder will blow you away at its sheer size and the noise it makes is pretty immense too. Take the optional Maid of the Mist cruise and prepare to get wet as you get a truly awesome perspective of the falls up close and personal. Next up is Finger Lakes and we're pretty sure you're going to love it. Here you'll find an abundance of vineyards and award-winning wines, you won't know where to start.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 9: New York Area (2015)

You head back towards the 'City that never sleeps', New York, New York. For a storybook ending to an incredible trip, we highly recommend adding on a night or two to explore this incredible city. There is so much to see and do here, from a trip to the top of the Empire State Building, to a shopping spree along Fifth Avenue, the opportunities are endless. If you really don't know where to begin why not take a city tour with Urban Adventures?

This tour ends at our gateway hotel at approximately 17:00 hrs. We can book you post-tour accommodation at our gateway hotel if required. If you are planning to fly tonight, please do not book a flight that departs before 21:00 hrs.

  • 2014 TOUR ITINERARY

The following itinerary is applicable for all 2014 departures. For the 2015 itinerary, please scroll up.

  • Day 1: New York Area & Buffalo (2014)

Famous for getting LOTS of snow and as the birthplace of spicy-hot chicken wings, Buffalo is a waterfront city situated on the eastern shores of Lake Erie. As the second largest city in New York State, there is a thriving music scene, culinary culture and late night clubbing on West Chippewa Street. Why not visit the Anchor Bar for their famous chicken wings - well known to have invented the taste sensation in 1964.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 2: Toronto (2014)

Visit the crashing Niagara Falls and make the last few paces into Canada across nearby Rainbow Bridge. Why not opt for the Maid of the Mist cruise to get up close. No freestanding structure in the western hemisphere stands taller than the CN Tower, so get up and gawp down over Toronto and Lake Ontario. Browse trendy stores and cosy cafes on College and Queens Street, and don't be too surprised to see an A-lister: TO (that's Toronto, Ontario) is Canada's answer to Hollywood.
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 3-4: Montreal (2014)

Here in 'Beantown' relive the revolution along the Freedom Trail, and depending on the season, we will stop by Salem, the town responsible for the witch trials of 1692 where you'll have the chance to step back in time at the Witch Trials Museum. Later, grab a bite to eat in an Italian trattoria, a seasonal brew in an Irish pub, or head to the original 'Cheers' bar. While in Boston, why not visit Daddy's Dough who serves up the best fried dough in the Greater Boston area?
    Accommodation: Budget Lodging included

  • Day 9: Boston & New York Area (2014)

We head back towards the 'City that never sleeps'. This tour is not scheduled to spend any time in New York City so make sure you book extra hotel nights and explore the sights and sounds of the Big Apple on your own. Splurge along Fifth Ave, hit the top of the Empire State Building, or soak up the trendy, laidback vibe of Greenwich Village before heading home. Now, that's what you call a storybook ending.
