Day: 1-3
San Francisco, Yosemite National Park & Barstow 24-26 Dec
The scenery changes fast leaving San Francisco; soon roads twist and turn until Yosemite National Park comes into view. We have two days here to explore this winter wonderland. Wake up Christmas morning for a bit of snowshoeing under frosted sequoias and frozen waterfalls, before heading south for a night in lively Barstow.

Day: 4-5
Death Valley National Park 27-28 Dec
Next stop, Death Valley National Park where we trade our mittens and stocking caps for sunscreen and shades. Soak up the poolside rays or head out to hike the rocky trials and sand dunes. This is a holiday of extremes!

Day: 6-7
Zion National Park 29-30 Dec
On to Zion National Park, where a desert oasis is transformed by a blanket of snow. Here too, warm winter temperatures are perfect for exploring the canyon without the summer crowds. The best of both worlds.

Las Vegas 31 Dec - 01Jan
Rolling into Las Vegas on a natural high, life can't get much better than that, or can it? Kick off those boots and throw on your glad rags for the party of your life! And nobody does it like Vegas! If you're looking for the one New Year's Eve party you'll remember for the rest of your life, look no further. The Strip fills with revellers; fireworks explode over the massive hotels; the casinos and nightclubs are packed; the showrooms are filled with A-list entertainers and Vegas is more gloriously alive than you've ever imagined it could be! New Year's Eve in Las Vegas is truly a world-class celebration.

Tour ends at approx 17:00 hrs in Las Vegas on day 9.
