  • Jour 1-2: Vancouver & Whistler

From Vancouver you enter a land of snow-dusted mountains, dark conifers and glistening lakes as you cross the up-and-down landscape of British Columbia. Travel the old Gold Rush Trail and on to the adventure capital of Western Canada! Perhaps better known as a winter resort, Whistler has plenty of heart-pumping action all year round. Get on your bike, zip line through the trees or even take a scenic glacier flight! Whether you're an adrenaline junkie, foodie or someone who likes to be at one with nature, there's something for everyone in Whistler.
    Accommodation: Camping included

  • Jour 3: Wells Gray Provincial Park

Don't let the fact that Wells Gray is not a national park fool you, this place is stunning! Home to the famous Helmcken Falls, Canada's fourth highest waterfall, the park boasts beautiful meadows full of wildflowers and bear roam freely around the park. Wells Gray is what Canadian dreams are made of and nature will never have felt closer. Embrace the stillness, silence and isolation of Wells Gray before it's time to leave this beautiful park and head to the equally as incredible Jasper National Park. Tonight you'll stay in a rustic bunkhouse for an authentic Canadian experience.
    Accommodation: Rustic bunkhouse included (multi-share)

  • Jour 4-5: Jasper National Park

Legendary Jasper is your next stop! The largest national park in Canada, Jasper will leave you stunned from the get go, as an abundance of wildlife fights for your attention and jagged mountain peaks surround you at every turn. People travel from far and wide to marvel at this stunner of a park or to hike or bike its famous trails.
    Accommodation: Camping included

  • Jour 6: Lake Louise

The widescreen scenery and breath-taking views keep on coming as you drive the Icefields Parkway. The park offers endless valleys, sheer ridges, glaciers and spruce forests - truly one of the world's ultimate drives, so sit back and relax. Then strap on some crampons and head onto the Athabasca glacier for a hike with a difference!

With a nickname like the `Gem of the Rockies' is a lot to live up to, but it's no sweat for Lake Louise. The imposing chateau looks on as mountains cluster around the turquoise surface. If this isn't a photo opportunity at its best then we don't know what is. Once you've stopped gawking at the incredible scenery that surrounds you, hike out to the Plain-of-Six-Glaciers or soak up the scenery by paddle power and rent canoes to explore the lake at your leisure.
    Accommodation: Camping included

  • Jour 7-8: Banff National Park

Boot up and breathe in the crisp alpine air with the resident beavers, bear, porcupines and elk. Whether you explore Banff by car, bike, canoe or snowshoe you'll be left speechless by its endless beauty. With 1600 kilometres of trails, a town full of heritage and some incredible wildlife, you won't want to leave this mountain wonderland. One of the more popular trails in the park is the Sundance Canyon Trail, a laidback walk past rolling hills, flowing streams and through narrow canyons. If you still haven't had your canyon fix for the day then hit the trails to Johnston Canyon for spectacular views. If all this fresh air and stretching of your legs has left you feeling a little weary, hitch a ride on the Banff Gondola to the peak of Sulphur Mountain, where you can recharge your batteries on an included trip to Banff's heavenly hot springs.
    Accommodation: Camping included

  • Jour 9-10: Yoho National Park

Yoho comes from the Cree word for awe and wonder and as soon as you start hiking through this incredible place you'll soon see why. Negotiate the rapids of the aptly named Kicking Horse River which offers some of the best white-water rafting in the world. The scenery will continue to impress as you come across Takakkaw Falls, falling from the mountains to the valley below. Yoho National Park is really spoiling you with all its awesome scenery and next up is the truly stunning Emerald Lake. You'll have to pinch yourself in disbelief as you gaze upon its glacial hues and forest backdrop.
    Accommodation: Camping included

  • Jour 11: Okanagan Valley

Today you travel onto Okanagan Valley and set up camp beside a pristine lake where you can sleep under a sky of stars for your final night. Why not hit the vineyards to sample some of the local produce or simply pour yourself a glass as you sit around the campfire in wine country and talk about how bloomin' gorgeous Canada is.
    Accommodation: Camping included

  • Jour 12: Okanagan Valley & Vancouver

Return to Vancouver and onto Vancouver after 12 magnificent days through Western Canada. If you build on a few more days to explore the city, make sure you swing by Stanley Park, a 4,000-hectare green wonder-land. Treat yourself to some moreish maple cookies then head over to Gas-town with its award-winning galleries and tons of cafes and restaurants serving delicious food. Make Prospect Point your final stop for a scenic lookout where you can gaze out at spectacular views of Lion's Gate Bridge - the perfect ending to the perfect trip!

This tour ends at our gateway hotel at approximately 17:00 hrs. We can book you post-tour accommodation at our gateway hotel if required. If you are planning to fly tonight, please do not book a flight that departs before 21:00 hrs.
