The best experience of my life. I made so many new friends, done things I would never imagine myself doing, and achieved so much for myself. I'm quite a shy person, so the thought of going travelling independently for 6 weeks was pretty daunting, but I had nothing to worry about at all. I had a fantastic bunch of people to share my experience with and 2 fantastic tour leaders! (Jason and ANDY!!!) I felt at ease straight away and we instantly bonded making friendships to last a lifetime.
I have so many amazing memories... the achievement from hiking 15 miles in Zion, the amazing views from the observation point, Maid of the mist boat tour in Niagra, Horse riding in the Badlands, the Helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon, Partying in New Orleans, seeing bears and elk and buffalo and moose in all of the stunning national parks... the list is endless.
My advice to anyone considering booking a tour with TrekAmerica is DO IT!!! You will never regret it, and if you have the money, do every experience possible because the trip is only as good as you make it.
Travelling like this is definitely the cheapest way to make the most of the time and see everything. I would definitely recommend TrekAmerica to other travellers and I can't wait to do another Trek myself! Thankyou to my Trek leaders and trekkers for the experience of a lifetime.
